Meet the Burton Family

I first met this awesome family when we moved to Arizona almost fifteen years ago.  I have had the chance to watch their cute boys grow from little kids, to young men, and now Josh is even a husband and a father! (You can see his wedding here) and Zach just returned from his two year mission in Uruguay.   The best word to describe this family is F U N!  Every time I am with them I am struck by how much they love each other and how much fun they always have together.

Meet HS Senior Kristen Paine

Three years ago I met the Paine family when I did Austin’s senior portraits (you can see him here.)  Then later I had the opportunity to work with them again on their family portraits.  Now, little sister, Kristen is also graduating from Williams Field High School home of the Black Hawks.  Kristen loves the desert and so we headed out north to find some natural Arizona for our shoot.  Kristen was so fun to work with.  She just has a joy about her that is infectious!

Matty & Page — Mountain View Seniors 2014

When we moved to Mesa fifteen years ago the Roberts family were some of the first people to welcome us to the neighborhood.  Their babies, Page and Matty, were only about two years old.  Flash forward and these adorable girls are graduating from Mountain View High School in May.  It is amazing how quickly time flies.  Happy Graduation girls!!!

Meet Page. . .

. . .and twin sister Matty. These two were so much fun to work with.  We spent most of the photo shoot laughing!

These cute girls played both basketball and softball at Mountain View. The girls best friends, Katie and Kylee, helped with all the laughing and great smiles.  And at the end our our shoot we got some fun shots of these great friends!

Meet the Spahr Family

We first met the Spahr family last summer when we moved into our new home.  They are such a great family and we have loved getting to know them.  However, Dad, Tim, just received a new job in Texas and so they are moving in the next month.  While we are so happy for them and this new opportunity in their lives, we will miss this great family.  So, I thought it would be fun if we went out into natural Arizona and did a family shoot so they will remember us and Arizona!  Love you Spahr family!!

Introducing Daniel and Emmaline Frost

I have known Emmy Wright for about seven years now.  She lived on the street just north of us for years.  She was just a couple of years older than my girls and they always adored her and really looked up to her.  Emmy is the kind of girl that you pray your daughters grow up to be.  She is smart, beautiful, kind, spiritual and talented.  When I heard Emmy was getting married I was curious to see what her finance would be like.  Daniel is a great guy and lots of fun, and you can see how much he loves Emmy.  Emmy met Daniel through her brother, Jake, who was Daniel’s companion on his mission in Boise Idaho, in early 2013.  You can read Emmy’s first hand version of their love story right here.

Emmy and Daniel were married in the Mesa, Arizona, LDS temple on Saturday, December 28, 2013.  Their wedding day was a whirlwind of perfection!

I hope you enjoyed this peek at Daniel and Emmy’s beautiful day. For even more of the festivities, take a look at their slideshow right HERE!

And a very Special thanks to:
